There have been a number of calls asking after Marina van Deventer.
After her slip near Lesotho View, which resulted in a broken ankle, Marina was fortunate to have medical help in the form of Dr Anton de Munnik near at hand, talk about serendipitous. Anton looked after Marina and, together with some others, gave up his race to be of assistance. All of us applaud you.

Marina was discharged from hospital yesterday, the operation went well and prognosis is for a full recovery. Marina has already booked Rhodes 2010 in her diary!
