The new trail section together with the snow on the hillside as we descended was particularly welcome and enjoyable. Tony ~ Gauteng
Thank you for an excellent and most enjoyable race. Your organization was, as always, superb! The fact that I have not run this race for three years made me forget how challenging it is, especially that lady Mavis Bank! The new little kink in the route made the race very challenging, but then "life is tough in Africa" Oene ~ Bloemfontein
Just wanted to thank you for the invite and allowing me to take part in this wonderful race. It was an experience I will never forget. I am humbled by the beauty of this race, although I did not manage to complete the distance, what I did was a personal victory for me. Dave ~ KZN
Thank you for a fantastic run, having taken part in events in a few different countries in many different disciplines I would like to congratulate you on THE BEST organized and run event that I have taken part in to date. Everything, from your emails to the prize giving and all the bits in between, was great, thank you for all your effort. Ian ~ Johanesburg
Well organized, tremendous spirit and not so easy. If all goes well will be there next year. Jeni ~ East Cape
....part of my problem was that I chucked my water bottle away at the 8km water point, so I am also to blame for the strain I took over the last part of the race (that and the fact that I was a BIT under trained!) name withheld ~ RSA
Again thank you for a very enjoyable experience on Saturday. Tough as expected and lucky for us the weather played ball. Colin ~ Johannesburg
Dit is ‘n "once in a life time" geleentheid, en ek hoop om dit weer te kan doen volgende jaar.Dankie vir ‘n wedloop uit die boonste rakke! Braam ~ Port Elizabeth
Did my first one this year on a substitute and it was great. Mike ~ Gauteng
I would like to congratulate you on another outstanding event, the whole experience was brilliant. I enjoyed the new route and will definitely be back for more. Paul ~ Port Elizabeth
Must say, was the most challenging event I've ever done; out weighs Iron Man, Comrades and even the Washie 100 miler. I'll be back! Thanks once again, till we meet again in Rhodes. Mine ~ Paarl
