Just a small note to thank you for a wonderful organized race on Saturday. It is always a great outing to Rhodes and you ensure that it is worthwhile to travel such a distance for the race. I ran my first Rhodes last Saturday and want to congratulate you on an outstanding event. The Rhodes is just different from any other race and therefore very special. I regard it as an honour and privilege to be part of such a unique experience. Thank you for your successful efforts to make it such a great race. Thank you very much for a wonderful Rhodes Ultra on Saturday. It was my first Rhodes run and I really enjoyed it. I know there wasn't any snow but it was still a wonderful experience and this year's conditions were unique to this year's race. It has been a great pleasure participating in a race like that for the past 15 years. Rhodes is not once the same and then on the other hand it is. The fellowship and friendship built over all these years cannot be replace by any other run in SA. The water points and all the trouble and effort these people put in, especially in the Kloof and on the 21km are much appreciated by all the runners. The pre- and after- race preparation, food and refreshments provided at the start-finish make the race a must on my year program. ~ Manfred Roth (Bothaville)
