I used to be a runner with a vest and jogger. No frills and NO black plastick bag at the start. After reading the E-mail (yes I can read) wrt the clothing I shoppped around and ended up at Outdoor Warehouse. To be quiet honest I was surprised to see the range of clothing and the prizes were reasonable. I've bought myself some of the recommended stuff (OK I've told my wife that because I've bought ALL the recommended stuff) and had a short jog on a cold (for me) Sunday morning. Very pleasant and very comfortable.
Today I will be looking for the Montrail shoes. I've told myself that it will an investment because I will run at least 3 Rhodes runs in them.
