Many of you would have recently run Comrades and your running shoes are near the end of their running life...but they have an after life in Rhodes.

Please bring your old shoes, socks, tired race shirts and any other warm clothes, kiddies clothes etc you have in excess to race registration. The collection will be handed to the district nurse for distribution in the Zakele community of Rhodes.

Please also inform anyone comming to Rhodes of this innitiative. This community really needs every bit of help they can get.
